Problems with my Cassese Underpinner

Post by grandstand »

Hi All,

My name is John l live in Melbourne Australia and l have only just started Picture Framing, so please excuse some of my questions as they may seem simple mistakes.

The first problem l have is that l purchased a second hand underpinner, (Cassese 486 Ultra air operated electronic), when l first got it it was working ok after a long learning period, but now l keep getting an alarm "E5" which according to the manual is "end of travel switch defect, giving no signal, contact technician. Unfortunately l am finding it hard to find one over here that recognises the problem, can anyone please help.

Frustrated

John

Hi John

We had an issue with our Cassesse when we bought our latest one. After first going through our UK distributor we then spoke directly to them in France via email and phone and there was never an issue. They were great at getting things back up and running for us ASAP.
