Hi there everyone,
We're new to the Framers Forum but just wanted to introduce ourselves. We are multi-disciplinary print and imaging company based just outside of London at Greenhithe in Kent.
We offer a bespoke framing service that utilises the use of traditional and modern mouldings. We design and manufacture all styles of frames from metal to reclaimed wood and specialise in the very large and unique. Our work appears all around Europe and the Middle East. Each day is a new and interesting one for us here at Igma...
Our website is undergoing a major update and facelift but can be viewed here > http://igma-imaging.co.uk/

Welcome to the Forum.
Love the old wood frames. I have a pile of old floorboards very similar, plus various other interesting planks which are destined to become frames.
You are right in saying old timber is far superior to the stuff you can buy new.
