On a different but pertinent note......

I read in the newspaper about a businessman who billed a marketing firm for lost time. They didn't cough up so he 'small claimed' them and won. Got about 200 quid.

So.... Next time you get one, ask for the address of the firm calling.

Say that you charge for receiving this type of call. £1500+vat. If they call again they will be agreeing to this and will be billed. Also state that you are recording this call for 'training purposes'. :lol:

If they do call again, invoice them. :wink:

They probably won't. :roll:

But if they do it could be a nice little earner. :clap:
