The new Larson Juhl website.

I've just had a good look at the new Larson Juhl website.
There seems to be a lot of good info on it, much more business related info than any of the others.
I think it's well worth a look for us younger framers who need every bit of help in getting our businesses off the ground in this techy age , social media, building the business, press release templates etc.

Was that gobsmacked by that post I just covered my computer screen in coffee, choking on it !!! April 1st alright, last time anyone did such
an amazing business plan as Lashup Juhl was that jeweler bloke Gerald Ratner, just wondering if they hired him for the re brand ?

Now that April Fools is over, I have to admit that i was serious!!! I haven't used it to order through yet, but as far as info and layout go , I like it.
When compared to sites like Frinton.....(which I'm only using as an example because they are about to be swallowed up by Wessex).
It's not the first time I've made people laugh without planning to...oh well whatever works...

Is anybody else still having trouble with their website when ordering, I hardly order off them any more since the start of the year, due to the problems they have had, I try to order order from other suppliers and only order from them if I can't get it anywhere else, but the last two time I tried to order online,(within the last month) I get to the 'Pay' button and click it and get a 'Internal server error' :xcomputer: so I have to ring them to place the order and pay over the phone :head:

Hi Steve

We are so sorry you experienced a problem using our on-line ordering system. It would appear you are experiencing the effect of an old issue that was resolved recently, but now requires action on your part for you to continue. If you add something to your basket and then click the ‘empty basket’ button, the issue should not return.

Just tried to order as normal. still get the same problem. so did as you suggest, emptying the basket and then re-add the items I want, and it worked, will be interesting to see what happens next time
