that really is the most amazing thing ive seen - how many framers have seriously cut (or worse) their fingers on a morso type guillotine - even with guards in place!!

A friend of mine in Thousand Oaks, California has a furniture making business, and the last time I visited he showed me that same feature on one of his saws. He reckoned it had saved his hand on one occasion, and didn't mind the $600 or so repair bill one bit.
