Based on 6 mm mirror, that is in the 3 kg range plus the weight of the frame. I would consider those as a smallish mirror. Just about any quality "D" hook hardware with one screw will do. Just make sure that you are using wall anchors in the drywall (plasterboard) appropriate for the size of screw being used (19-25 mm long). French cleats would be overkill IMHO.
