hi,
im currently buying a lot of 1.2mm 8x10" Styrene from lion picture framing. normally 1000+ sheets per order.
Not getting the quality I want, out of a pack of 20, 3-4 sometimes more that I can`t use ( got a pile of scratched and pitted ones ) I've complained many times , make no difference. seems to be any old packed packed together with no quality check what so ever.... I get a feeling they don't give a shit with styrene in what they sell. REPEAT (I've complained many times ).
So time to try and find another supplier. if I can ....
Anyone advise of another supplier that does check what they send out.
P.S I hope lion read this. Get your finger out !!!
thanks..
anyone know of a direct supplier Styrene???

I use Wessex as well.

I used centrado for my last batch but I have used a larger manufacturer before which I will dig out the name of though they weren't any cheaper for a similar quantity that you are buying.
You will always get a certain amount of damage due to the nature of how it is cut on a large beam saw.
I used to also use solid glass or concorde as they are now but I don't know if they are still going.
Kc glass also gave good competitive quotes as well.
