As far as I am aware there are no Mac compatible CMCs on the market, but some come with a PC. the software for Valiani, Gunnar and Wizard all use PC compatible software.

Most if not all CMC's ( a flavor of CNC plotter machines) come with a computer due to the fact that there are "control boards" added to the computer that actually operate the machine. The control boards translate the code (G code) into movement of the head of the machine as well as activating the clamping action or vacuum.
