Capability to build huge frames – have personally assembled frames over 2.5 meters long. 2 large custom workbenches have been designed to incorporate the mat cutter, underpinner (v-nailer) and a huge lightbox. The flow through design allows for large pieces to move efficiently and seamlessly from one workbench through a large laminator and feed onto the next workbench. The fit-off workbench has a soft felt top and provides a large area for joining long pieces of moulding to create huge frames. The cutting workbench has a translucent cutting surface - cutting blades can be used directly on the workbench surface without damaging the table! Being translucent, this cutting surface allows for the light to pass through from the huge lightbox built into the workbench. This lightbox is powered by 12 fluorescent lamps wired together in-series and is very bright. Also included is fully automatic electric/hydraulic mitring machine – 2 press-button operation. In addition, a wall mounted all-in-one board and glass cutter is included and an Exair ionizer gun and power supply (instantly removes any static to aid in dust-free laminating and frame assembly.) IMPORTANT
