Under the fancy exterior a Keencut Rondo, is the same basic mechanism, as the Keencut Oval 6. I don't suppose that anyone even uses an oval mount cutter enough to wear it out, so The Keencut Rondo is still likely to be a very good buy, if the price is good. There are some nylock nuts underneath the table on the Oval 6 to adjest for the wear in the nylon bearings and compensate to any unwanted movement in the mechanism over time.

Any play in the mechanism is adjusted for be slightly loosening these nuts, by only a friction of a turn. I assume that this will be the same with the Keencut Rondo as on the Oval 6. At £50 quid, it sounds like a bargain for someone!
