INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLERS - PLEASE READ

Post by Tudor Rose »

The Forum acts as a Classified Ads noticeboard only. Please only list items you are selling personally or on behalf of another company/individual as their authorised representative. Please do not copy and paste ads from other sources eg EBay.

As per Forum rules - all sellers are required to have a Forum profile that identifies them clearly.

This should include your name, surname, location, business name (where appropriate) etc.
If your Forum profile excludes that information, please update it before posting items for sale.

When you create your initial post you should scroll down to Options and tick the box marked "Notify me when a reply is posted".
You should indicate your preferred method of contact, ie if you prefer to be contacted by phone/text then please include that number.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR NUMBER OR EMAIL CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO TYPING ERRORS.

If you do not include another form of contact then Forum members are likely to reply to your post or send you a PM.
Please check your Private Message inbox regularly.

You are welcome to Bump the post/topic by posting again with the word Bump, so that it shows up for people searching Active/Unread posts.

All sales arrangements are between you and the Forum member purchasing the item.

Once an item is sold, please update the topic to show that. If an item is withdrawn from sale, please update the topic to show that.

Particularly if you are selling multiple items where it may not be obvious what has sold and what may still be available - if you would like posts to be edited to show SOLD clearly, or for the topic to be locked to prevent further enquiries, please contact a Moderator for this to be done.
