Just had a quick look on the UK eBay for Picture Framing.

The search yielded thirty items today (March 21st) including underpinners, mount cutters, etc.

Ebay pricing

The prices achieved are way above the market for second hand equipment. It appears that retail pricing is more like it. There have been items that have acheived greater than new. Bit of a nonsense really
