Going Live in July - Walnut Tree Framing

Post by walnuttreeframing »

Hi - I'm Jim and following retirement from a lifetime in military and commercial aviation I'll be starting up Walnut Tree Framing in Suffolk. I started picture framing in 1990 when redundancy reared its ugly head and now intend to do it full time. I look forward to some interesting conversations with you on this forum.

Good luck with your venture - I know what you will be going through after a home-based workshop for 4 years and now into the 8th month of having a shop.

The shop has been far more successful than I ever imagined it would be. The vast majority of the customers come in because of the shop windows and prominent signs above them. Just wish I had been brave enough to do this a while ago.
