It seems that it's a complete service including framing - so it's unlikely someone would bring a loose bit of preserved skin in for framing, but if they did - or if it was a re-frame, I wouldn't have a problem.

How would you stretch it? Staple it to stretcher bars? Corset-style lacing? PVA it to MDF?? The mind boggles...

I would be a bit iffy. Aren't there laws regarding the handling of human remains?

Considering how many tattoos some people have covering their bodies, could you find yourself confronted with a Bear Skin Rug size piece of leather.
Some people's heads are covered in tattoos, what do you do then?
The whole idea seems crazy to me why not just go for taxidermy ? A nice glass case in the hallway with Grandad in the corner could be a point of interest for all.
