Waste Management

Post by SquareFrames »

Hi Folks,

A wee while ago we spoke about the problems of discarding our left over / waste glass /mpountboard / MDF, etc......well here's what I done with my so called waste yesterday.

50 photographs all to be conservation mounted, as follows ...
48, 12 x 10 photos, with 2 1/2" inch borders, (up to 16.5 x 14.5) and undermounts, 2, 12 x 10 photos, with 3 1/2 inch borders (up to 18.5 x 16.5) and undermounts, 50 pieces of glass and 50 pieces of MDF

All without breaking into new full sheets of all materials involved. Made a great difference to the 'Waste' section of my workshop and I didnt have to cart it down 2 flights of stairs and to the dump.

Is that good recycling, or what?

Steven
