Hi.
There is no guillotine for sale. Martin was thinking of taking up picture framing and obtained all the equipment but has since decided not to do it. He just wants to be rid of it so you can make an offer. It hasn't been used for a long time and would require some TLC / servicing. I haven't been in touch since I put in this advert for him so I don't know if there has been any interest.
Best to give him a ring on 01305 775441. You can look up Weymouth Glass Centre on the internet.
