Cheap and easy t-shirt printing?

Okay, so I'm thinking about making my own t-shirt designs and setting up a little t-shirt business. What would be the best way to print the t-shirts? I want something that will be easy and cheap yet high-quality?

"Just had to take my cat to the vets", reminded me of the time I had to take my dog, Patsy, to the vets because of a skin condition
When I returned my wife asked what the vet had to say " it's only a mild case of mange and salt water should soon clear it". My darling wife offered to take on that responsibility as I was working long ours at that time

After a few days I noticed the mange was not getting any better and said to my wife I must take Patsy back to the vet as her mange is not getting any better "I'm not surprised " said my wife very seriously, "she just won't drink it"

I want of paints my shirts with children painted hands. They usually play with colors and paints and rub their hands with their shirts. It looks so awesome and memorable. One day my little baby painted a white shirt with rainbow style and color.
