I've placed 6 orders over both shops since Christmas and haven't been invoiced for any of it. If you go into your online account, the invoices don't make sense at all. I used to know deliveries were coming when l got an invoice via email which was handy as l have to meet the delivery driver at around 8am, now l have no idea what's going on!

^^^^^ That's referring to the US market - not the UK.

I decided to treat myself to a new straightedge. I wanted a Keencut 1200mm one with the safety guard.

So I go to a regular supplier's site( No names, but I have ordered from it many times). All OK until I get to the checkout.
All is added up, they have all my account details but at the field at the bottom it said [Checkout not possible yet]. so I could
go no further. No idea what the problem was. I could have phoned them, but what is the point of web ordering? It may
have been after hours. So I googled the item, found another supplier (who I had never used before or heard of) an ordered one.
No problem and it was about 8 quids cheaper, What's more it came within 24hrs.

One of my customers coined a phrase: "Amazon Expectations" and I think this attitude is gradually sinking in to people.

I can't believe that at one time I would actually submit orders by post. It could arrive a week or more later.
Or climb in the car a drive 20 miles to go get a tube of paint. That was the status quo.

One of my business adages - When people are trying to give you money, don't make difficulties.

Things might be getting a bit better, I placed a chop order late on Monday and it has just been delivered (Thursday)! No invoices yet for either of the orders I have placed this year though. Will they lose them too?

If and when you do receive an invoice, check it carefully.

Looking at the invoices online mine have shipping charges on, despite being above the free shipping value.

I tried to phone them yesterday to add to an online order, gave up and left a message, this was not returned, no idea if I’m going to get the extra moulding(it’s not been added to the order according to the online system, but who knows?)

I hope they get this sorted soon, my patience is wearing thin

I've just visited the site. It won't let me log in.

Still, I've only had an account since 1987.

You should have had and email to tell you that the first time you use the website since the re-branding, you need to enter your email address then click the 'Forgotten Password' button, they will send you a link (by email) for you to reset your login details :sweating:

:D

Changed my password - after much effort.

"We can't display this page due to an internal server error"

I was only browsing, but if I was trying to submit an order I would be rather miffed at this point.

I was wondering where my latest invoice had got to aswell, but it appears that the invoices are just downloadable from your account on the webiste... only took 12 days to get my order so perhaps an email invoice might still turn up yet
