Professional advice?
On the top of the document on the link below are the words "How to frame like a professional". It also offers the following advice:
"This tape being acid free makes it the perfect choice when lightweight artwork needs to be mounted directly onto mat board. No matter how delicate the work is the tape will not bleed through and damage the work".

A few years ago, I grabbed myself a set of dental picks – great for cleaning the gunk out of my trackball (but, just so-so for keeping my ears free of ear wax).
I’m keeping my eye on eBay. When they offer some cheap, high speed dental drill bits, I’m gonna try my own root canal work “just like the professionals”.
