EstLite not showing A&T moulding tables

EstLite not showing A&T moulding tables

Having issues with Estlite again this week. have force downloaded the moulding tables, uninstalled and reinstalled the software with no luck.
all other suppliers moulding tables are available in the drop down but Ashworth & Thompson do not appear in the list. I have emailed Estlite address but no response after a week ( I am aware that John has stepped back these days)

Can anyone give me some advice here?

A&T moulding table is online and is available to download within the EstLite system
