So I'm considering a refurbished wizard 8000 (after not being able to justify the price of a Z1) but I'm a litte wary that there's no UK support and I've just read a horror story below about the difference with Europe and the US service.
So I guess my question is, one, is the 8000 still a decent machine for general framing (multi aperture, v grooves, shapes and text) and secondly has the support from the German side improved any?
I've said in a previous thread, I've been in the framing business for years in the past, and had one of the first Valiani machines, but I moved on in around 2008 but I'm looking at getting back into it.
Any advice would be appreciated.
