Thanks John
I contacted FS and got a reply from John, who wasn't able to help other than to say i need to get someone to design something for me. You can only upload a 50Kb .PNG, which comes out at 70DPI and so fuzzy it's illegible. I've tried designing it on CAD, my graphics software, exporting and even clipping it, but all the same result

Re: Pricing software
I managed it but it took me a little while to get it looking ok so I used Adobe Illustrator and vector based to avoid fuzziness. I would be happy to have a look if you wanted to email me a file?

Hi. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I didn't get a message notification!!
I don't have illustrator, but I used my vector graphics software and cad, but the end result is always the same. If you could have a look, that would be great. I'll send your the file a bit later if that's ok. Please don't waste to much time on it

Re: Pricing software
Sorry to sidetrack the thread but I've a couple of questions about different software.
I have recently taken over a shop that is using the picture framing price app, its very simple and just gives you a price, no customer information logging or anything like that. Just spec the frame, size, mounts, moulding, glass etc and it gives you a price. It works fine.
We then write the orders onto carbon invoice pads and thus the paper trail starts, no digital record of whats being sold/made/ordered.
There is a good paper-based system in place to manage the weekly work through the workshop. But I was wondering what digital systems if any people use to manage their workshop workflow and material ordering.
I am looking to implement some sort of system but haven't decided which one. I have had numerous customers come in recently asking for what they ordered previously but with no digital system in place its very difficult to find previous orders.
Looking forward to hearing what people use. For context, a good week of sales could be 80-100 frames that we aim to have turned around in 7-10d days.
