Unfortunately my Dad passed away earlier this year. He was previously running his own framing business.
I am trying to sell his equipment. He was based in Deeside in North Wales. I can arrange to meet someone there if they are interested.
I took pictures of the equipment and they are all in this folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... O2mFzIOYmU
Please contact me if you are interested.

Re: Selling My Dad's Framing Equipment
Hi, as confirmed your post is visible, if your question is due to a lack of interest then this is probably due to all the active forum members are professional framers who have already have all the equipment.
IMO a startup framer buys equipment on perhaps Ebay then joins the forum with framing questions after the event - just my thoughts

Re: Selling My Dad's Framing Equipment
Thanks. I might try eBay. Would you have a rough idea of the value of any of my dad's equipment?

Re: Selling My Dad's Framing Equipment
Unfortunately I'd say that none of the equipment is current. It may be of more interest to a serious hobbyist on a budget. You'd probably get more selling separately than a job lot if you list them with as much info as you can find.
I'd guess that the Magnolia guillotine is pretty bomb proof and you might get a few hundred or more for it. The underpinner you might get £50 or more for.
The foot pedalled scroll saw(?) may have more value as a collectors piece, you'd need to research it.
I'm assuming you know that eBay has a box to tick for sold items, which will give you an idea of what similar things have recently sold for.

Thanks for the response. Very helpful.
Do you know how much the mount cutter might be worth please?

You'll see that one recently sold on ebay for £130. It's a hobbyist brand. You may have more luck offering it through a local art group.
