Two big strap hangers in the frame and two rawlplugges screws in the wall DONT use any wire, cord or ANYTHING ELSE!
Unless youve got good insurance!
once it leaves you you want to make sure youve covered yourself

Thanks everyone - I used two 10" Z Hangers from MLS in the end, capable of holding 180KG. I put one at either end of the frame and left the resultant fitting to the wall to the customer. The 7ft3" x 4ft frame wouldn't fit in their Ford Focus, so I managed to convince them to hire a van to take it home.

Just for youre records Crescent do a 2.4 m x 1.2m mount board which is rag Ive got two sheets left if you need future sizes
