Mark, good to hear that you're planning a visit to Spring Fair: it's ace! :)

It's well worth taking some time to get a good visual impression of the products available from the various moulding suppliers: there's such a difference between seeing them "up close and personal" compared to how they are rendered in catalogues/websites. It will hopefully leave you with a good idea of the overall "look, feel, and quality" of the products available from the different suppliers. It's certainly something that I have since found invaluable after my first trip to the Fair last year.

Yes Im really looking forward to it, I can only make the Monday and Tuesday so hopefully that will be long enough to see everything.

Im going to call today to see if I can get on some of the seminars, Im not really sure how many to see as I don't want spend all of my time in seminars and not get to have a good look around.

It will be interesting to see how what the other suppliers moldings are like as ive only ever used Lion.

Hi mark,

the framing seminars are on a first come first served basis, just turn up a little before the time, and you should get a seat,

last year there were people standing in the aisles.

on Monday there are a fair few interesting seminars, such as "Computers - why every framer needs one"

Grahame, I looked at your pictureframercam... just curious really, but found you have a woman climbing on your workdesk... the perils of live camera!
I went to the Fair, it was very interesting... We kept finding ourselves in random Chinese export stands though. Very strange.
