Seeing as I am a newcomer ...could anybody say if this is a good offer ?

I will be needing some glass and have to start somewhere.

Is 2mm the best to use for framing ?

As for non-glare etc ..I haven't a clue.

Would strongly advise that you get some training if you are going into framing for "customers" .

There are lots of glass suppliers out there who have been reliably supplying glass to us framers for years. The good ones will readily offer you help and advice. My favourite are Glass and Mirror: South Region 0845 456 9970 Northern Region 0845 456 9972
