I hope you all don't mind but this is one big plug.
Mark my partner is doing a 2000km bike ride on a royal enfield through rural india in January for charity. Now we are talking about a guy who hasn't been on a bike for 14 years and can only just squeeze him self into his leather jacket. He therefore has many challenges ahead including loosing weight and getting fit, oh yes and learning to ride a bike again.
