25 Butterflies

Post by Steve N »

This is one of the custom cut mounts that I do for a regular customer, 50x50cm with 25 butterflies, I just cut the mount, they then place coloured theatrical light gel behind each window. Took about three hours to trace CorelDraw and to do the test cuts on each shape, some of the shaped are duplicates flipped and re-sized, takes just over nine minutes to cut each one. I cut six of these this morning, so I thought I'd share with you, now I have another 390+ more mounts in other designs to cut for them this week, thank goodness they don't take nine minutes each to cut :)

Hi Daisy,
Thanks, who said anything about a CMC..No only kidding  it's a Valiani MatPro 120, I bought it off Merlin about 3 years ago, an upgrade is on the cards in the near future.
