I have meet Jim (James) on a few occasions, followed him on the US Grumble, the PPFA On-Line Exchange (Hitchhiker)( http://www.ppfa-ole.net/ members of PPFA only) and corresponded with him from time to time…..he is in my mind one of the leaders of the framing industry…….he unselfishly shares his in-depth knowledge of framing to all and devotes a considerable amount of his time to education and furthering the knowledge base for framers…
BTW if you ever get the chance you should take one of Jim’s class which covers what FACTS is all about…..you will feel a lot more confident about up-selling the Preservation/Conservation requirements of framing after listing to him….and about how to charge for it……
Jim is a MCPF (PPFA) and a GCF (FATG) so there should be no problems about what camp he is in….hopefully……
