Private messages sitting in outbox

I have been having issues with private messages staying in the outbox and they don't appear to have sent

Has anyone else been having similar problems? not sure if it is a server issue or just a problem with my login

so easypopsgcf, if you havent had mail from me, personal email address may be the way forward.... Im keen to talk to you

I think it just means the recipient hasn't opened them, maybe he has opted to not receive notifications of PMs.
