'Frame' Olympic Torch

Post by Nick Thorpe »

I'm new to framing as well as this forum.

Wouldn't you just know it when all I want are simple jobs to gain experience I get someone asking whether I can frame an Olympic Torch with the costume (t-shirt) behind it. I've mounted rugby shirts so this is probably the easy bit! Does anyone have any experience of this.

If memory serves Olympic torches have lots of little perforations that you could get a Mylar strap though. You would have to put the straps outside the shirt area obviously..... :)

Welcome to the Forum btw. 8)

I would probably put the torch to one side of the shirt in a cove box and balance it with some photos on the other side, I usually try not to go to fussy though these things can easily look cheesy.
