Mystery Moulding

Post by prospero »

Does this moulding look familar? I does to me, but can't find any trace of it. I think it's most likely disco'd, but would be interested to find out the erstwhile supplier.

It's around 2 1/2" wide btw.

If anyone does happen to have any tucked away......... :P

Never bought any. It's a match up job from a gallery. The owners of the picture want another frame like it. :? Supposedly it's about 6 years old, but may be more......

That's in the ball park. :D There are a few Mainline poly moulding with the same transverse groove pattern, but not quite right.

Apparently, the customer of the customer wants another one to match. I think it will come down to having two new frames to accomplish that. My customer is trying to do a reverse search to find out where the frame came from originally.......
