Cassese CS199MXL Air Op underpinner - Dry or Lubricated Air

Post by mho »

Hi

I just bought a 1 year old Cassese CS199MXL air operated underpinner, but i cannot find out anywhere if it needs
dry air UN-lubricated or a lubricated air supply, can anyone who has on help me out with this.

I have checked instructions for underpinner, emailed cassese, and asked various cassese resellers but haven't got a definitive answer yet
(cassese haven't got back to me yet)

cheers

As with all Cassese equipment if it requires lubrication then the machine will come with a auto lubrication unit fitted, your underpinner does not so none is required plus as your 199 has a filter regulator unit inside the case so adding lubrication oil to your airline would be pointless as it wouldn't get past the filter.
