Thank you for your help, the framed artwork attached.

Got to say, well impressed with Arqadia. Great delivery and packaging, no foot prints on my parcels and no damaged mouldings because of the packaging used, free next day delivery too (been paying £10 a pop for over 7 years).

Quality of the mouldings are great to, a lot less waste.

Had 3 orders in from them now and so happy it's time to make a plan on a new moulding sample display.

I wish we had your couriers, I have damage in almost every shipment I receive! It would not be to much of a problem but most of the prints I frame have mount sizes from 70cm square to 114 x 68 so cutting around the damage is near impossible much of the time. :head:

Don't get me wrong, my supplier and there courier I have been using for 8 years (for some reason :head: ) delivers me complete nightmares.
I have given up emailing them about damage it costs more time than they refund.

But I do have a large collection of photos I'm waiting to send the manager.

I mainly use arqadia and I've only had a couple of problems in 3 or 4 years. Their customer service is excellend and they will immediately send a replacement or give a part refund if you manage to make do with some of it.
