the other one is D&J Simons 2000/0068
Just to warn you both are PITA mouldings

y'know I had to google PITA - yes, well I've had enough of that this week already! It was the Simons one I was after (or something similar) - what makes them difficult? The cutting or the pinning?

The Simons one has a fairly heavy gesso and tends not to be very flat on the bottom, so you have to hold the moulding very tight when cutting to stop it rocking, it is a inexpensive moulding, but looks good if cut and pinned well.

Cheers - Maybe I could cope with that, it's the chipping/flaking that kills me. I might check the pricing and maybe order a few lengths, I need some pain and torture in my life and dealing with my moody teenage children just isn't enough these days
