Over 100 views and no replies, for something totallly out of the box?

Doesn't anyone wanna know more? I does!

If a customer described that to me I'd run a friggin' mile!

Hi Robo

Thank you for your reply. The picture is carp and does not do this justice.

This is one big boy tripple with 14 single frames of the same construction I have recently fitted in a premiership footballers house. Fitting not hanging. This gives a total and finished solution to the service I offer. I am also nosey to see the insides of peoples houses and where people live.

The build is white and clear perspex spaced off the wall with a very clever satin spacing 'stand off' system. The shirts are hung on custom made acrylic hangers and the shirts are framed within borbers stuck to the rear of the clear acrylic front panel. These borders are created from the clubs or the country badge/logo on the shirt, in ths case the Republic of Ireland. These are the 3 shirts this player wore in his 3 international games in the Euro 2012 tournament, hence the logos and the note to the Irish flag.

This was a pain to fit, as it was hung in the kitchen above a spiral stair well.

If anyone is interested, I could try to post some more pictures.

Thank you Mike / Deepjoy

These 2 images give you a better idea of the construction.

Hi Mike,
So are these displays open to the elements at the sides,
sorry I'm not calling them frames, as there is not four bits of wood :giggle:

Yes all open all the way around my good man.

I was worried what people may think, but no one has questioned this or seen it has an issue.

Supply a new front panel with a new team logo, hang a new matching shirt and there you go, more money thank you very much.

Regards
Mike / Deepjoy.

Very nice job. How are the logos done? Do you print them yourself or who can you get to do this sort of thing? Also, what material are they printed on and how are they applied? Am I right in thinking that you have to assemble all of this when fitting eg. hang and drape the shirt in situ? Sorry for all the questions but this is a whole new ball game to me!

Hi

The panels are 5 mm Acrylic.
The printing is a vinyl outsourced and the panels are assembled to the wall. Hope this helps?

Great Job

One concern are you insured to go and fit, most insurance doesn't cover it. Something I would be worried about.

I like the "high tech" look. It's a different way of doing things.

How are you fixing the custom made hanger please ( shot of one would be nice) and do the shirts just drape from the hangers.
They do look very crisp and modern.

Hi Trinity

The shirts just hang free and the hangers have a hole in the top which just slides over the centre spacer prior to the fitting of the front panel.

Thank you for all your interest and kind words.
