I have a double sided poster that I would like to float between 2 pieces of glass. I plan to use 1cm mountboard. Can any one suggest the most invisible way of fixing the mount board to the glass.

You mean a 1 cm wide window mount between two bits of glass and the artwork floated within that mount, no frame?
