Christmas rush has started early this year
We are already getting enquiries about Christmas framing orders. Normally this does not start until the first week in November.

What sort of enquiries?
"How much notice do you need"? sort of enquiries or "I'm thinking of getting something framed for a Christmas pressie, how much will it cost"? sort of enquiries, or something else? Enquiries take time!
We've had our Christmas cards out for a week or two and our Christmas card-making stuff is out all year round, have to cater for those that like to be organised. Have taken several framing orders for Christmas already and maybe some more we don't know about, those we do know about are only because when we've given a collection date (quickly followed by "unless you need it sooner") the reply has been "no rush at all, it's for a Christmas present"

People asking our opening hours and when will be convenient to bring things in to be framed. This is because we are in a rural area, a lot of mothers trying to combine various purposes with the same car journey are planning ahead. As a result, we often get a bit of a rush after mothers have dropped of their children at school, with Friday mornings being particularly busy in this respect.Roboframer wrote:What sort of enquiries?
So far it's a couple of different Christmas framing customers on Friday morning and another on Monday.
Young mothers are generally good customers for us!
