I have a customer who would like his painting framed in a wide simple profile black frame but I can't find anything to match his request. I have looked at A&T, Arqadia & Lion with no joy. Ideally he would like something 80-90mm matt black finish (or bigger but it would have to be available on chop) and either flat or angled in towards the picture. I've found grained, angled away, not quite that wide and everything in between. Can anybody suggest if such a thing might exist and where I might find it if it does?

I ordered some 327167000 from Arqadia because it looked smooth in the catalogue but it is actually very heavily grained. That's the sort of size and shape I am looking for though.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

Try Arqadia 416 167 000. That one is wide and flat and will (just) cut on the Morso. Looks nice made up and is dead flat - no grain

Thanks for the messages. The Arqadia moulding suggested is only 60mm wide though, looking for something bigger!
