Looking for chrome moulding

Post by Abacus »

I need some more help finding a moulding

Customer wants a liner in chrome, so I need a half inch to 5/8ths flatish moulding in chrome (not silver or brushed)

Anyone have any links to suppliers (not Simons thanks)

Thanks

No real chromed mouldings as far as I know. The nearest thing would be a wrapped aluminium moulding in polished silver, which looks like chrome.

Some in the Aqadia catalogue page 221.

921 700 000 looks about right.

This from Ashworth & Thompson is very shiny - with a deliberate dimpled finish that is not that obvious on this small version (it's 20mm wide) It's not aluminium-wrapped - not sure what it's coated with but it's very clever and it cuts very well - unlike aluminium-wrapped

It's not in their catalogue or on their website but the ref is 6008.46

It's part of a range that two suppliers do, A&T and Nielsen, but neither do the whole range - Nielsen do all but the smaller profile (their 'Matrix' range), which comes in that silver and a gunmetal, they're hard to distinguish apart.
