Foam core cutter

Hi all I am looking to cut large quantities of foam core. I cut them all with the flexcher but it takes too long. I am looking into the CMC's but they have waste because they don't cut to the edge. Is there a machine out there that cuts foam core ? Much thanks

Some Valliani CMC's cut up to the edge if they have the vacuum bed, or maybe look at an inglet cutter?
