The only disadvantage of the HGP 360 is that it does require a 3 Phase supply.
:(
As a result, I settled for a HGP260 which is a 'plug 'n play'

They are not 3 phase but they do required to be hard wired to a 20 amp supply. I know as I have one.

It was the same for mine installed last year, just a cooker switch required (at least that's what I call it).

Yes that's it an isolated hard wire connection with a 20 amp rating. You could probably use a commando plug if you wanted to be able to move it.

3 phase they defiantly are not.

HELLO... (shouting)

They are DEFINATELY NOT 3 phase - just heavy on the amps - 18A - requiring a dedicated 20A box back to the mains.

A similar example would be your cooker in your kitchen - which has that funny on/off switch on the wall for it...

Please tell me you have a box for your cooker
