Hoping to get some advise from someone familiar with this machine. I just tried cutting an 8ply mat using the "single shape with outside cut" feature. Each cut the machine would cut the correct lenth lift up the blade travel an additional .5" pivot and continue. This would in addition to not completing my corners would add .5" to each the X and Y dimensions Can anyone tell me what could cause his? Ive used this feature before with out a problem. Thanks in advance

What software are you using. What head are you using. What thickness mountboard are you using.

The Software is Future mat designer. The mat board is an 8ply rag. the head I dont know , I bought the machine used, its a CMC 150.
