difference between cs 79 et cs88

hy friend i will thanks all of you who have replied me very soon cause i am too busy at theese days , if you can just tell me the difference betwen the cs79 and the cs 88? one of them press the frame more than the other ?
and if i want to put 3 wedges in every corner that means i have to change positions 3 times or it,s easy in the 2 machines the same systems?
