Have dismantled my Framemaster and found that the bumper has fatigued and crumbled into bits. Anybody know where I can buy a new bumper in the UK?

Yes they do this, but it takes a very long time for this to happen. I would try Lion, or Simons. If all else fails, you could try cutting up one of those white vinyl rubbers that are available from art shops.
