Morso blade alignment problems

Hi everyone I’m debbie (newbie to picture framing and really excited to get going) I’ve really enjoyed educating myself reading all your posts and replies now I’m looking for your help too please
I’m failing at my first hurdle - I’ve recently bought a second hand morso guillotine from an artist that had’nt used it for a number of years. I had the blades sharpened as it wasn’t cutting clean but unfortunately I’m still unable to get a good clean cut. I’ve watched YouTube videos on how to replace the blades / how to re-adjust the lower blades etc had a go and thought it would be relatively straightforward - we did get it cutting alittle better (not sure how thou!) but then had to adjust the height of the pedal and ended back at square one the cut seems clean but the outer profile edge is jagged and unacceptable but not sure what to do next.
Is there anyone you could recommend that service morso’s and maybe re-align if that’s what’s needed? We live in Doncaster South Yorkshire.
Many thanks in advance debbie x
