I made my first circular frame. Cut from 18mm Baltic birch ply.

That's not easy to do, is it. I've been thinking of mounting a router on my old Keencut Oval 6 was has been replaced by a Fletcher terry 3100 oval mount cutter, but clamping the plywood while your cutting the inside and the outside, does not sound all that straight forward. I like the idea. Very nice!

This was made on a CNC router.

Hope it stays flat.

I did not think of that. Does this mean that you might consider making multi-aperture frames as well? This might be an interesting possiblity, I've no idea how they might sell, but it might be worth trying. Also if the are small individual apertures, each with it's own rebate, it would be a great way of using up your glass and backing board off cuts.

Easy to do but probably not a big seller, if at all.
