I’d recommend taking a look at the Gunnar, it’s what I went for, I’ve been using the same machine for years and it’s still a brilliant bit of kit. The F1 range is getting a bit old now but still does well for me and they come up fairly often at relatively affordable prices. The newer Aiox machines are even better but the price is somewhat higher.
I have the F1 Hybrid, hybrid means it can cut bevel and straight cuts with the same head standard F1’s just bevel cut, it will do all the standard cutting without problem and if you want to get into some fancy custom stuff you can do that too all with the supplied software. Spares, backup, servicing and general help is excellent from Sarah and Steve in the Birmingham Office. If you are seriously considering a machine contact Sarah as she usually knows of any machines for sale, also knows pretty much every machine in the Country and its history.

I agree with David Gunnar F1 Hybrid.

Whatever machine you decide to go with just ensure that there is support within the UK.

Notwithstanding the Gunnar love in I have been using Wizard CMCs for about 10 years and can heartily recommend them. All support, training and advice is based in UK.

Not sure what you mean by budget but expect to pay at least £6000 for a second or third hand machine.
