I'm selling a FrameCo mat cutter with a variety of accessories. It would suit a beginner or hobby framer - by which I mean someone who doesn't need the speed of something better.
It works fine except that it's not as fast or foolproof as the Keencut that I upgraded to some years ago. It does have one advantage, though - it has some set stops for setting the reveal when cutting double window mats.
Anyway, I don't want much for it - I just need the space. It looks like this:
