Damaged photo brings in work!

Lady brings in several photos for framing - one is very badly damaged - we recommended a local (3 miles away) photographer, she gets it done - nice job - £65. Returns it for framing.
Went to get it from plan chest to frame the other day - big scratch down centre - God knows how, 1st time this has happened.
Thought hopefully photographer would have it saved - did indeed.
As it was printing we got chatting - always wanted to offer a subbed-out framing service - but gallery opposite, didn't want to put their nose out of joint. Gallery just closed - could we provide a selection of corner samples, mouldings and mounts.
Of course - and some glass samples/fillets/deep bevels ........
Could I also match this particular frame a customer has brought in wanting another photo done the same. (Laminated/heat sealed - no glass)
It's paper wrapped MDF - ugh - no - but I have the same sort of thing in solid beech.
OK then - how about you frame both photos in exchange for this photo I'm printing for you
Done!
Maybe I should damage more stuff!
